Annual Inspections

As well as giving your property an annual inspection, fitting smoke and carbon monoxide alarms we can service any appliances to ensure they are keeping up to date with their warranty.

We can also provide annual reminders to you should your landlord Gas Safety Certificate, or CP12, be nearing expiration.

The CP12 includes the following:

Cooker and hob inspection – Checked for faults, gas tightness, and pressure, among other things.

Fire inspection – Visual inspection and thorough cleaning of appliances as we disconnect and remove fire. We also refit and test the fire, checking for fumes spillage and gas tightness.

Boiler inspection – Refit and test boiler, set gas pressures, test with flue gas analyser and check chimney and heat exchanger if necessary.
