"I found the details of this company on Vaillant's website. They sent someone out the day I 'phoned at the time that the receptionist said, with a courtesy call 20 minutes before arrival. Unusually for the UK, he considerately used shoe covers. Later the same day, I received, what seems to me, a very competitive quote to install a Vaillant boiler with a five year warranty. The man who came out (who I think was one of the company's directors) refrained from doing the annoying pushy salesperson thing :-) A minor issue that I had was that I was told over the 'phone that a quote for installing an electric shower would also be given, but the man who came out informed me that the boiler needed installing first- it was my understanding that that was not the case. That would not stop me from recommending this company however, indeed, I have already recommended them to someone who I know.“

“The standard of workmanship was superb”

"The installation was completed in a highly professional manner by Matt and Dom. They were very hardworking, in fact hardly stopping for a rest during the day. On completion of the work, everything was cleaned up thoroughly both inside the house and outside. The standard of workmanship was superb ,I have rarely seen such tidy soldered joints. We highly recommend Mayne's Gas Heating and would use no one else. “

"From Darren's initial survey visit to the completion of the new boiler the service was excellent throughout. Ben and Matt who installed the boiler worked very efficiently and professionally. Both were very polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. Upon completion of the work, apart from the new boiler on the wall, it was impossible to see were they had been, everywhere was spotless and any mess removed."

"Took a chance on Mayne gas, just by looking online for a trader, good feedback, happy customers, so we invited them to quote for a change over from solid fuel to LPG, good sound advice, explained everything that would happen, arrived on the day on time, three young men an absolute pleasure to have them working in the house, very polite, no loud radio, just a very professional, very proficient, very clean job, highly satisfied, thank you"

“A very professional company ”
"We were very apprehensive when we invited Maynegasheating into our home to supply and fit a new boiler, pump and 3 way valve. We were quickly put at ease when Ryan and his apprentice Kevin arrived right on time as promised. They were very respectful of our home by placing dust sheets where the work was to take place and wearing overshoes while in the house. Everything they did was fully explained to us in terms that we could understand. We are delighted with the completed job. A very professional company we would have no hesitation in recommending them to future potential customers."

"I would recommend Mayne gas heating as I have my boiler(fitted by them) serviced every year & also call on them to replace old radiators.They are very reliable & come when they say they will.Recently I had a leaking valve on a radiator & the fitter came & replaced it, no mess, a good clean job."

"From initial emergency repairs quote for a new boiler to fitting the new boiler the service I received was exceptional. No hard sales just honest information enabling me to make an informed decision. The staff were professional and efficient;as well as polite and ensured mess minimal with a thorough clean up before they left. Excellent follow up to ensure I was completely happy with the work completed. The quote was very very competitive and easy and clear to understand ,No hidden extra costs.unlike other quotes I received !! Having had unfortunate experiences with rouge traders in the past it is refreshing and reassuring to know There are excellent and honest , reliable trades man and women out there. Mayne gas were extremely quick in there response ensuring work completed very quickly as I had no hot water . A huge thank you to them and I would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them . Brilliant!!"

"New boiler fitted 2014 January by fitter A self employed. 29-03-18 Fitter B Self employed finds cause of leak in boiler recommends factory manufacturer service plan also points out flu not installed properly. Fitter C from boiler manufacturers carries out repairs ,tests boiler and puts dangerous certificate on boiler DO NOT USE. faulty flu also low gas pressure inadequate size pipe. After their recommendations both these fitters left me to sort out the problem. Both had been payed for work carried out both blamed fitter A for not installing correctly both left me with a boiler I could not use. 04-04-18 called Maynegasheating ,inspected next day noted another problem not seen by other two fitters quote sent by email quote accepted reparation work carried out 10-04-18 by fitter and apprentice to my extreme satisfaction. The staff of this company were sympathetic to my previous experiences also very helpful they are a truly professional organized and competent company. They will service my boiler next year."

"This is the first company who have looked at my underfloor heating who actually knew what they were doing, and got it working as it should (it's been an 8 year quest with umpteen "professionals" looking at it). The boiler was fitted with no fuss, all the staff were extremely knowledgeable, polite and efficient. I can't really imagine a situation where I would use anyone else for my heating systems.“

"For diagnosing exactly what was wrong with my boiler and heating system on your first visit Mr Mayne after being told by others to replace the boiler. The consequent visit by a heating engineer carried out good work to fix my system at a much lesser cost than a new boiler. Mayne Gas Heating Ltd has become my go-to company for future works during renovations"

"Ryan was quite knowledgeable across the system in my house and came to grips with all the things that were going wrong with it and found suitable solutions. (A previous company had just said "get a new boiler"). From the initial consultation I had total confidence with Darren Mayne and his workforce. Kevin was asked by another workman in my home to disconnect a radiator which obligingly he did which he did not have to do, nor would I have asked him myself within the quoted work scope. Such is the customer service with this company. Unhesitatingly I shall call on their services again.“

"We had our boiler fitted by Mayne & have it serviced annually by them.Always they are very efficient, this year we had two radiators replaced at the same time of the service. They arrived on time & did an excellent job,especially Charlie who fitted the radiators & left everything clean & tidy. “Excellent. Would highly recommend. Clean and tidy workmanship. Polite engineers. Even replaced plaster board to airing cupboard ceiling where the boiler was installed that had been damaged by a previous plumber. Very good at explaining how to work the boiler. Refreshing to see there are still some good tradesmen around.”
