The CP12 includes the following:

• Cooker and hob inspection – checked for faults, gas tightness, and pressure, among other things.
• Fire inspection – visual inspection and thorough clean of appliance as we disconnect and remove fire. We also refit and test the fire, checking for spillages and gas tightness.
• Boiler inspection – Refit and test boiler, set gas pressures, test with flue gas analyser and check chimney and heat exchanger if necessary.
